Beta notice. VeysaLabs is currently in closed beta. These terms apply to all beta participants and will remain in effect when the platform opens to the public. We may update them as the product evolves.
By accessing or using VeysaLabs at veysalabs.com or veysalabs.com/app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
VeysaLabs is operated by VeysaLabs, based in Singapore.
VeysaLabs uses synthetic eye tracking and saliency prediction to generate attention analysis reports on creative assets. You can submit:
The platform returns a Creative Effectiveness Report grounded in peer-reviewed attention research. Results are predictive signals, not a perfect replica of human eye tracking data.
When you submit a URL, VeysaLabs fetches, renders, and screenshots the page to perform analysis. This may capture design elements, images, and text from that page.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have authorisation to submit any URL for analysis. Do not submit URLs for pages you do not own, do not manage on behalf of a client, or are not otherwise authorised to capture and analyse.
VeysaLabs is not liable for any claim arising from your submission of a URL to which you lacked the necessary rights or permissions.
The platform allows you to generate shareable links for your analysis reports. Shared reports may contain a visual rendering of the analysed asset. By sharing a report, you confirm that:
You agree not to use VeysaLabs to:
VeysaLabs and its underlying technology, including the saliency prediction model and report format, are proprietary to VeysaLabs.
You retain ownership of any creative assets you upload. By submitting content, you grant VeysaLabs a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your analysis report.
We do not use your uploaded content to train models or share it with third parties, except as required to operate the service (e.g. cloud storage, GPU inference).

VeysaLabs is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results will be accurate for every use case.
Saliency predictions are based on statistical models trained on aggregated human eye tracking data. They represent predicted attention patterns, not guaranteed viewer behaviour.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VeysaLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational harm.
Our total liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to VeysaLabs at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or if required for legal or operational reasons.
During the beta period, we may also discontinue or substantially modify the service without liability.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of VeysaLabs after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
